Tsuruma Park

Tsuruma park is the park in Tsurumai, Showa-ku, Nagoya-shi, Aichi. It opened in 1909. The park maintained first in Nagoya. It’s registered with a national registration monument.

It’s blessed with abundant nature such as a fountain tower of a symbol, a rose garden and a calamus pond in about 240,000 square meters of vast site. 1200 cherry trees bloom in spring, and I bustle with many visitors. It’s also selected in 100 elections of Japan cherry tree famous place. An azalea, a rose and a sweet flag are also held by flower festivals in sequence.

The odeum in the Tsurumai park. The building of a Italian Renaissance wind where I was constructed and took art nouveau in in 1910. It was restored in the form in construction in 1997. It’s used for a concert and an event.
