Shiodadaira-Hydrangea-lane

Shiodadaira Hydrangea lane is the esplanade in Ueda-shi, Nagano. Kamakura kaido where Mr. Shiota Hojo went to Kamakura was maintained as “hydrangea lane”.

About 30,000 stocks of “Hydrangea macrophylla” blooms over about 1.5 kilometers which continue from a square in a salt field ruin of a castle. “Hydrangea festival” is also held at the middle of July.
