Genghis Khan is a mutton grill using mutton and lamb. Hokkaido, Tono-shi, Iwate and Nagano-shi, Nagano are eaten extensively by the Japanese part area and are local food. A central part heats the Mongolian mutton which becomes convexity up and bakes a thin slice of mutton and vegetables, and it’s an eaten dish while cooking vegetables using the gravy from mutton.
There is Sapporo Beer Garden in Higashi-ku, Sapporo-shi. It’s established on July 1, 1966. It’s in “Sapporo garden park” including a Sapporo beer museum and a poplar house.
Several restaurants are in Sapporo Beer Garden, and Genghis Khan of a specialty is popular. Special sauce is rubbed and I’d like the crowded chemistry with seasoning Genghis Khan and the draft beer.
