Komadashi is the seasoning of Saiki-shi, Oita. I grind a body of fish and sesame of baked lizard fish kinds up, mix soy sauce and am made. To eat as “Komadashi Udon” with noodles is general and is also selected by “local food hundred pieces in rural district and fishing village”.
Miyuki Shokudo is famous as the dining room to which “Komadashi Udon” is offered. I also have Komadashi boiled rice with tea in addition to Komadashi Udon (540 yen). The bottling which becomes moto “Komadashi” is being sold.
