School for the common people who chose Shizutani School as Okayama feudal clan in the Edo Period first term and opened. A location is Shizutani, Bizen-shi, Okayama.
The school which ordered Nagatada Tsuda and made in 1671 because Okayama seigneur and Ikeda Mitsumasa made it a place by the education of common people. An auditorium is construction in 1701 and is the only national treasure as school architecture. A stone fence of the boiled fish paste type, most facilities in the site and a building are designated as an important cultural asset. Wood of 2 of huge Chinese pistachio and the surrounding colored leaves are beautiful and are also a landmark of colored leaves in autumn.
