Ohhirasan Prefectural Natural Park

Ohhirasan prefectural natural park is the capital way center prefectural natural park including Ohhira-san and Teruishi-san in Tochigi-shi, Tochigi. It was designated as a prefectural natural park on March 25, 1955. The area is 1079 hectares.

A cherry tree ranges on about 2 km of both sides of the Ohhira-san north side recreative road which leads to a mountain top. You can miss an excellent cherry tree pass between the legs. One the end of March can enjoy a drive in spring at an interesting place.

A hydrangea blooms in June and colored leaves are beautiful in autumn. It’s blessed with abundant nature through one year. Mt. Fuji and Tokyo SKYTREE can get a bird’s-eye view of Kanto-heiya from Kenshin-daira, and are looked at on a fine day.
