Inogashira Park is a metropolitan park which extends over Musashino-shi, Tokyo and Mitaka-shi. It opened on May 1, 1917.
Park of 380,000 square meters of area. It’s also the place where Tokugawa successive generations general did falconry. Remains in a pit dwelling of the Jomon period is also unearthed.
The cherry tree in spring and the colored leaves in autumn are also famous. It’s selected in 100 elections of Japan cherry tree famous place. The boat in Inogashira pond is popular.
