Ibonoito Museum

Ibonoito is a trademark of tardy Japanese vermicelli Hyogo-ken tardy Japanese vermicelli cooperative society possesses. It’s produced at a city, Taishi-cho, Ibo-gun, Shiso-shi and Himeji-shi for a basin in Ibogawa to pass mainly. The Japanese vermicelli which represents Japan as well as Miwa Japanese vermicelli from Nara-ken.

Ibonoito Museum is the reference library where history and culture of tardy Japanese vermicelli are introduced. There is also a restaurant tardy Japanese vermicelli can taste. There are a hands-on corner, a sampling corner and a stand.
