Hakata-Station

Hakata station is the station in Hakataekichuogai, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka-shi, Fukuoka. JR Kyushu, JR West and the Fukuoka-shi subway pull in and are also the biggest station in Kyushu.

Kyushu-shinkansen even did the opening of whole lines of our station on March 12, 2011. The old building built over a railroad station into which Hakata Izutsuya moved in March, 2007 was dissolved, and Hankyu Department Stores and the new building built over a railroad station into which Tokyu hands moves “JR Hakata city” were constructed. A gift shop, fashion, miscellaneous goods, a restaurant and a cafe are collected including a gourmet in Kyushu.
